Loved this hotel. The service and staff at this hotel is top notch. From valet to front desk all the way to the restaurant staff 5 stars. Our room and bathroom were incredibly tiny but comfortable. I will say the shower was very tiny though. Husband is 6’4 and struggled. It was like a coffin. The updates in the room seemed rushed a bit sloppy. Otherwise loved this hotel!

Once again, you have done an outstanding job! This was my 6th visit, and I am so thankful for the consistency. We come with a large group and The Partridge Inn has managed to make it look so easy. I understand it is an older hotel and that presents a challenge, but the hotel management and hotel staff can truly make this a one of a kind experience. Holly and Elizabeth work with our coordinator to ensure we have the rooms we need and everything works smoothly. It's a very peaceful place to stay. Where else can you just sit on the veranda in a rocking chair with a sweet tea or coffee and let the world pass by for a little bit? I understand if you are looking for the Waldorf Astoria or a Ritz Carlton you might not like this place, but if you will just take the time to slow down and let the staff take care of you, you will find genuine people who love to serve. People like Harvey, Terri, Ted, Jack, Nikki, Kayla, Pop, the blonde lady who works the bar (I never can catch her name because she is constantly moving and checking on people). The gentlemen handling the valet and luggage. The housekeepers who add the little touches like those towels they turn into masterpieces. The maintenance

We had a wonderful stay at The Partridge Inn, but the true highlight of our visit was Norman Harrington. From the moment we arrived, Norman went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. His professionalism, warmth, and genuine care for guests were immediately obvious, and he made us feel truly welcomed and valued. What stood out most was his attention to detail and willingness to help with anything we needed, always with kindness and a positive attitude. It’s rare to encounter someone who so clearly takes pride in creating memorable experiences for guests, and Norman absolutely does. The Partridge Inn is a beautiful property, but team members like Norman are what truly elevate a stay from good to unforgettable. We are incredibly grateful for his hospitality and would happily return because of the outstanding service he provided.

Love this place!! If you are looking for a nice quiet and peaceful get away to spend time with family and friends… This is the place! My experience here was the best! This is the only luxury hotel I actually keep on going back to. I’ve been to many 5 star hotels but my experience here was exceptional. Elizabeth goes above and beyond is very sweet and met all of our needs while we were there. Thank you The Partridge Inn for truly understanding what top-tier service means and the outstanding hospitality.
